Since France is one of the most visited places in the world, it is quite a varied country with people filled with passion, reservation, and chauvinism. From urban to rural civilization a range of people live within the countries borders. Although there are multiple regions among France, there is one thing that is dear to every French person's heart-food. Some of the most popular dishes in France are cooked with snails (escargot), frog legs, horses, and songbirds (“The French Style”). Furthermore, the French are known for their consumption of cheese due to the fact they consume enough cheese to provide 25 kg of cheese per person (“French Food Facts”)!
According to The Local, although known as rude and unfriendly, the french people are actually extremely generous and affable. It is more likely that the people living in large cities such as Paris will be more reserved than people living in the countryside but overall they are outgoing and welcoming (“How Quality of Life Improves When You Move to France”). The French are very cautious of behavior and privacy. They rarely ever ask personal questions because they only reveal their personality to the ones closet to them (“What Are Some Good Characteristics of the French Culture"). Overall, living in France is magnificent due to the prime lifestyle of the luxurious features of food, tourism, sports, and living. France is one of the most prominent places in the world. From Paris to Marseille, France is filled with innovative and popular cities that attract a diverse group of people. Paris-the capital of France- is argued to be one of the most beautiful and romantic cities in the world. It contains the biggest tourist attraction in France, the Eiffel Tower, which illuminates the city. It was built on January 28, 1887 by Gustave Eiffel in order to celebrate the French Revolution now causing it to be a prestigious monument (Klein). The city of lights also contains the Champs-Elysées, which is the world's most beautiful avenue containing theaters, cafes and shops creating it to be beloved and cherished by tourists (“France And Its Beautiful Wonders"). Marseille is another popular city due to the fact it is the wheel of economy in France. It contains one of the largest commercial ports while also being an outstanding sight to see (“France And Its Beautiful Wonders”).
France is also a country rich in history which adds to its beauty. An evolving group of people have been developed through the events following the middle age, French Revolution, and both World War I and World War II which shaped the country of France. The French have many historical sites to see such as the La Conciergerie, a former prison that is now used for law personal, Arc de Triomphe, an arch commissioned by Napoleon I, and Sainte Chapelle, which was the residents of the kings until the 14th century (“France And Its Beautiful Wonders"). Art has also been a vital part of the history beginning with paintings from Pablo Picasso and Vincent van Gogh which are located in the The Louvre, a infamous art museum located in Paris (“France And Its Beautiful Wonders").
